Assessment & Scheduling: On-site assessment, scope confirmation, COI delivery, and schedule build. We identify any after-hours or weekend requirements and lock in access protocols with building management.

Prep Phase: Pressure washing, scraping, substrate repairs, priming. We work around your operating hours. Most prep can be completed during evening shifts.

Coating Phase: First and second coat application. Elastomeric systems require specific dry times between coats that we factor into the schedule. We do not rush dry times.

Final — Punch List: Property manager walkthrough, punch list documentation, and touch-up completion before invoice.
